This is Our Cancel & Refund , please read it carefully, to avoid misunderstood and lost both side

Cancelation Policy

  • Every deposit you paid to us within 30 days of departure trip will be no refund.

  • Every Full payment you paid to us within :

  1. More than 30 days of departure will be admin fee 5% from total payment. 

  2. 30 days of departure will be 50% penalty.

  3. 14 days of departure will be 100% penalty or no refund.

Cancel by Epic Travel

Every trip cancel by us because concern of safety, we will full refund your payment without any penalty.

Refund Time Process

All refund will process on 14 working days.

Refund Account Number

We only accept bank account numbers that match the payer's name.

Bank Acount Origin

We accepted all bank account from all country.
